We collaborate with organizations all over the country to ensure that patients battling all types of chronic conditions have access to care. We are thankful for our partnerships which allow the patient voice and perspective to remain at the forefront of all that we do.

National Advocacy

These organizations advocate on national issues that are also actively supported by the CDC. We coordinate with them to advance the interests of patients across the country.

State-Based Advocacy

These are sometimes state affiliates of national groups, and sometimes independent organizations. The CDC works in concert with these and similar organizations on issues at the state level.

Patient-Led Organizations

These patient-founded and patient-driven groups are generally more focused on patient experience, mutual support and lifestyle issues. The CDC partners with them on education and awareness efforts, and advocacy where appropriate.
