The thing is, if I can help someone avoid making my mistakes by sharing a life that hasn’t been healthy since I was five, then why not? I might just end up making someone’s life a little bit easier.

I advocate because I think it’s important to educate others of rare chronic conditions. There was a time in my life where I didn’t have anyone to turn to, as I didn't know anyone else with my condition. Spreading awareness and letting others know they are not alone with their struggles is so very important.
