Vestibular migraines have completely changed my life as it has changed my ability to participate in common daily tasks, extra curricular activities, and has impacted my career. 

I advocate because the long wait times between appointments, lack of proper education, and lack of efficient care plans negatively affect those with vestibular dysfunctions which increases their distress and prolongs their pain and discomfort. 

I have a blog where I share helpful resources, community member stories, testimonials, and evidence-based information to support the vestibular and chronic illness community. I also share similar information on Instagram and TikTok.
