The Blindness of Being Color Blind

CDC Ambassador Michelle Johnson

What does it mean to be color blind? How can you work to be an ally to minorities within the chronic disease community? What do chronic disease and racial disparities have in common?

We sat down with CDC Ambassador Michelle Johnson for Black History Month to chat more about racial disparities in health care as well as what can be done to create a sense of allyship with other chronic warriors in the community.
